Forsa Method® is for:

Within the Forsa Method® program youngsters are guided to become people with
good physical, emotional, cognitive and ethical control patterns.
Under this program, the youngsters are educated and trained to learn to deal with social boundaries.
They are trained that their attitudes towards these boundaries are in line
with the standard view of youngsters without behavioral problems.

The Forsa Method® explains the structured program (activities and gaining learning experiences)
directly at the heart of the counseling/treatment process.
The program is used as a therapeutic agent for ego support and ego restoration.
Many of the activities are structured group activities.

Within the group activities, the facilitators deploy interventions
that are in line with personal learning goals of the youngsters.
The program is divided into 4 transitions,
in which the development of the individual determines the pace.

Training/Coaching in the Forsa Method®

The staff who work with the Forsa Method® are trained and coached by us.The training is
action-oriented, no-nonsense, direct feedback and always based on the practice of the workplace.

Working with youngsters that have attachment problems/disorders is a lot of work, it takes a lot from
you physically and mentally. We especially pay attention to this in the training. By properly training
the supervisors, coaching them and discussing cases from the workplace, we indirectly improve the
well-being of the youngsters.

Well-trained counselors and the right approach ensure a positive impact on the youngsters.
